PCR
To all reps:
We are having issues properly completing the PCR inspections for Corelogic. The problems in no specific order are:
Failure to complete the orders on time. WE are graded on a percentage. If we receive 100 PCR inspections per month, and we send in 2 late then our scorecard is 98% on time. When I looked in the queue today, we had 33 inspections and 3 were late. If we do not maintain a grade of 98% or better, then we are in jeopardy of losing the business, AND we will not be paid. The work order still has to be completed, but WE will not be paid.
Missing photos. You must have the minimum 3 photos if no negative factors are reported. Full Front View, Address (or street sign if no address visible), and Streetview (neighborhood photo taken from street, not including the subject property). No photos can be taken from the car. We can tell if photos are taken thru the windows. If you report any negative external factors or negative issues in the report, then there must be a photo to support this finding. The negative factor listed as “Vacant/Abandoned properties” DOES NOT INCLUDE a vacant lot just vacant housing.
DO NOT GO ONTO or INTO the property for any reason. If you are reporting on something that cannot be seen or photographed, such as a posting in the window, MAKE COMMENTS but do not go onto the property.
