ADDITIONAL PHOTO REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERIOR INSPECTIONS

The following access photos are required for interior inspections:
If you use a lock box:
Photo of lock box with code showing
Photo of lock box open with key showing
Photo of key in lock with door open
The client wants to insure when others go to the property that we can show we successfully entered the property using the lock box code and key.
If you use a master key:
Photo of key code in lock
Photo of key working to open the door
We will take these photos for ALL clients. If you cannot gain access on an interior inspection, call PNA and the client phone number listed in the instructions. Make comments who you talked with at the client #.
