New customer - Champion Mortgage
To All Reps:
Looks like NFR is going to start up with Champion Mortgage. These are the Reverse Mortgage inspections that we have done for several of our other clients. PLEASE PRINT and REVIEW the attached memos and Occupancy certification form found on the resource tab. Remember if the h/o or occupant refuses to show ID and or sign the certification, fill out the form and write “refused” in the place of their signature. We must have this document uploaded with the photos on IA or the inspection is not complete.
This is nothing new for us, just a different client. Let’s show them how good we really are.
