If you complete an inspection for AMIP, then you must use the attached door card. If you make contact, comments should read “handed door card”. If you leave the door card, take a photo. If it is a not contact inspection, then no door card or posting is ever required.
When Spectum inspections show this client in the instructions these inspections require the call back cardOn the resource tab.
If the order instructions list American Mortgage Investment Properties as the sub client, the service will need document American Mortgage Investment Properties Callback card.
No Contact inspections never require a door card or posting.
