Address photo reminder

To All Reps:

Good Morning,

Please insure every inspection has a clear close up photo of the address. If you cannot see it in your thumbprint photo on your smartphone, then the client cannot see it either. We should not have to open up the photo to read a street sign or address number to try to make it out. Remember our two main functions is to determine occupancy and condition. That only works if we can prove we are at the correct address. It does not matter how many times we have been to the property in the past. The clients will not go back and look at the previous photos. All photos must be current, and the inspection completed like it is a first time inspection. If we do not receive this photo, you will be required to go back to the property at your own expense and get it.
