MCS Check In Compliance
Good Afternoon to all Reps:
I received the email below from the client, and I am in the process of reviewing the inspections that are missing the Aspen Grove check in for MCS. For those of you that are checking in, I thank you. For those that are not checking in, I will be calling you tomorrow to find out what needs to be done to bring you into compliance.
As you can see below this is a 100% requirement, and is not optional.
All MCS inspections must be completed on a smart phone or tablet on the InspectorADE mobile app.
If you are not running inspections for MCS, this does not apply to you. Keep in mind, NFR and Spectrum also have Wells Fargo as a lender and they are not far behind in the same process…

Good afternoon Team,
You are receiving this email due to your network being identified as having less than a 80% compliance check-in on the most recent compliance report for 4/12/15 -4/18/15. It is imperative that you take for review with your network to ensure all understand that the check in is not optional, it is a requirement! The client is looking to possibly access fines against vendors who are considered to be non-compliant! Anything under 100% is considered to be non-compliant. Please take immediate action to cure this issue.
