PCR, AIM photo requirements
To All Reps:
FYI, We are seeing an increase in this type of inspection. These inspections are no contact to be completed from a public right of way. There are a couple of key points when taking these photos.
Take the required photos from the required angles per the attached diagram.
When taking the side photos, do not get the neighbor’s house in the photo.
When taking the front photo, insure you stand directly in front of the middle of the house (in the street or on the sidewalk) and get the full front of the house. Both front ends of the home must be visible with air on either side. Do not get the neighbor’s house in the photo.
Street view/neighborhood from in front of the house (in the street or on the sidewalk) in both directions.
Clear photo of the address.
Clear photo of the street sign.
I think these are the easiest inspections that we have, but the photos MUST be taken as directed and we MUST have ALL of the required photos. If one of the photos is a little off or missing photos, then you will be required to go back to retake the photos at your expense. Remember all follow ups must be cleared within 24 hours.
