Loss Draft Updates
To All Reps:
I know that you are busy running inspections, but I would like for you to take a couple of minutes to read this important email.
As you know, we have had storm damage across the entire state of Texas this year. When there are natural disasters such as flooding, tornadoes, hail, tropical storms, hurricanes, etc… there are Loss Drafts to follow. I do not need to tell you that we are receiving a record number of loss drafts especially in the hard hit areas due to the recent flooding.
We MUST update the clients daily by noon on all Loss Draft appointments, so that they can update the lenders. There are three ways to update/notify PNA of appointments that have been set or attempts to set an appointment such a leaving a voice mail. The method that I prefer is updating in the info/comments page of the inspection on IA.
1. Send an email from InspectorADE to the account manager.
Open the inspection to the info/comments page of InspectorADE.
Type in your update.
Click on Email Admin/Manager
Choose the account manager
Save the comments
2. Call the office 806-747-4500
3. Email LDUPDATES@PATNEFFASSOC.COM
This is a requirement from our clients, this is not optional. If you have a loss draft that is ordered as a drive by, it must be completed within 72 hours of assignment. Let us know which day you will complete.
