They require that these specific instructions below must be followed. We normally receive these downloads on Thursday evening to return to the client by EOB on Monday.
The one point that was not listed below is the photo requirement. For SunTrust letter delivery inspections ONLY, take a photo of the Street sign ONLY. This is only for SunTrust.

Hello Everyone;
Reaching out to you today to re-enforce the need for all of you to be 100% compliant on following the careful instructions that SunTrust requires of us on our Personal Letter Delivery Campaign.
3 Major Points that must be followed 100% of the time on our SunTrust Personal Letter Delivery Campaign:
1. The printing of the personal letter and envelope must be produced in a good quality printer. The letter and envelope are attached to each inspection on IA. To find your specific letter and envelope “ctrl F” and search by address. Then print that specific page(s). If you just hit print, you will print all pages.
2. The most important of all instructions to be followed; NEVER EVER leave or hand the personal letter addressed to the SunTrust Customer unless they show you a pictured ID of themselves to show proof they are the Customer. Under no circumstances are you to leave the personal letter with a 3rd party and in addition; no call back card or note must be left at the subject property if no one is home.
3. If you are unsuccessful in being able to deliver the Personal Letter; it is imperative that as soon you are capable of, to shred this letter as it has sensitive privileged data.
In addition, in the next two weeks you will be noticing that we will be changing the inspection form for these request to further help you follow this campaign’s strict guidelines.
