Cyprexx Requirements
The three main reasons we are seeing Cyprexx orders returned are below:
1. Missing or blurry ADDRESS PHOTO and/or STREET SIGN. BOTH are required and must be legible. “zoom in” or get it when you walk up to the front door. It is normally on the curb, mailbox, or on the house.
2. Missing HOA info on no access/gated communities.
3. Missing photo(s) of Occupancy Indicators. They require a minimum of two. If you cannot provide 2, then you better contact a neighbor and put in notes.
If for any reason you cannot complete the requirements for a Cyprexx order, then include comments explaining why.
