Please review and comply with the Memo below from Spectrum concerning door hangers for AFAS/Wells Fargo.
If you do not understand the requirement, give us a call on Monday, and we can go over it. Please confirm you have received and understand this requirement.

If you are receiving this memo it is because you have either been completing Wells Fargo orders or are approved for Wells Fargo orders even if you may not have completed any for Spectrum Field Services to date.
Please read and disseminate to your sub completing Wells Fargo orders.
Further instructions on Call Back Cards and Vacancy Notices;
For all callback inspections, a callback card (WF-CB01) must be left on the property.
• Any inspections listed as callback inspections << EXTERIOR CALL BACK INSPECTION (WF) and INTERIOR/EXTERIOR CALL BACK INSPECTION (WF) >> require a callback card to be left on the property, *whether vacant or occupied*. It is the preference of Wells Fargo that these cards be left in envelopes and hung on the doorknob of the property or given directly to the occupant, but they may be taped to the door as well.
• Special Circumstances:
-If the card is handed directly to the occupant, inspector is to leave a comment informing AFAS of this or mark “Yes” on the Wells Fargo inspection form in response to the question “Was a callback card left at the property?”
• Action taken if this requirement is not met: No charge rush.
-This requirement is contingent on inspector’s ability to complete it safely and without violating the terms of the contract. If inspector is unable to complete this requirement and leaves a comment explaining why, this action will not be taken, given that the explanation is a reasonable one.
Further instruction on handling gates;
Any type of Wells Fargo Call Back Card Inspections where inspector is not able to access the properties’ physical front door or the properties’ inside perimeter to attach or hang a Call Back Card due to a :
Private Gate
Private Fence
Private car gate entry to Ranch/rural home (i.e. Gates with dirt road leading to a property that cannot be accessed due to the locked gate)
Private home security gate
Will be required to hang or attach the call back card to the properties’ respective Private Gate/Fence in-order to comply with the inspections requirements.
(This excludes any Gated Communities or common door entry for multiple unit properties)
