Reminder

I just wanted to remind everyone that the inspection results must be submitted to PNA on the day of completion. There are many inspection types (loss drafts, merchant sites), and clients (SCR Group, A2Z, Field Services, NVMS, MSI vacant properties) that must have their results submitted manually, so we must have time to process the completed inspections. If for any reason you are not able to submit your inspections on the day of completion, you must notify me immediately.

Our clients consider any inspection that is not submitted on time as late even if it was completed on or before the due date. We have two on time measurements.

1. Completed on time.

2. Submitted on time.

If we are late on either, it is counted off on our scorecard and could result in a chargeback and reduction in territory.

Food for thought: if you have an inspection in follow up needed, the clock is ticking… If you go back and correct the inspection prior to the due date, you can change the completion date to match when you completed the recheck to match the new photos. If it is on or after the due date, then the inspection will be late. Some clients will give us 24 hours to correct our mistakes, but others will not.

Keep in mind that we are not a 24 hour operation. Our office staff works Monday-Friday 8:30 AM– 5:00 PM. ALL RUSH inspections must be submitted before 5 PM by the due date. If you submit an inspection that must be submitted manually after 5 pm, we will not be entering it until the following morning.
