NFR - W1913 Sticker Postings
Please see the attached memo regarding W1913 Wells Fargo Post Secure Sticker Postings from NFR. By now you should have destroyed all of the Wells Fargo stickers except for the Red Bar stickers, WF2112 vacant posting, and the WF1913 post secure stickers. Attached are the Do's and Don'ts for replacing a WF post secure sticker. In other words, if you inspect a property that has an existing WF 1913, do not replace the post secure sticker just because it has another vendor's name on it. If you are not sure what to post, remove, or replace call PNA from the property. Tks Dwain
Dear Contractor,
A new sticker has recently been introduced for Wells Fargo Post Secure properties. Below are guidelines for replacing the new WF1913.
If the property has the correct sticker:
Do Not post a new sticker if another contractor’s information is listed.
Do Not post a new sticker if another vendor’s information is listed.
If the sticker is not filled out, fill it out; do not post a new sticker.
When to replace the sticker:
Do replace the sticker if the property has the wrong sticker (old WS214)
Do replace the sticker with the new WF1913 if:
o Damaged sticker
o Taped on or peeling off
o Illegible
o Faded
o Missing
If you replace the sticker, fill it out with your information.
