Re: NEW SERVICE TYPES

Spectrum has added three new services, which have been included below for your reference. Please read over the instructions carefully when receiving these to ensure all requirements are being met.
· INTERIOR INSPECTION (AFAS)
This inspection is to verify the interior and exterior condition of the home. You will be able to gain access with the lockbox code provided. If the lock box code does not work or the lock box is damaged, be sure to provide photos of the attempt. IF YOU HAVE *ANY* ACCESS ISSUE, PROBLEMS WITH THE LOCKBOX OR ESCALATED EVENTS YOU MUST CALL FOR ASSISTANCE, 800-445-0950 AND SPEAK WITH THE REGION COORDINATOR. IF NO CALL IS MADE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RETURN AT NO CHARGE AND MAKE ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO GAIN ACCESS. Please describe and provide specific detail on any damages and questions answered with an "Unknown" in the “Comments” section.
· OCCUPANCY INSPECTION (AFAS)
Approach the home and knock on the door to verify occupancy. If there is no answer at the door, please check with neighbors to confirm who is occupying the home (no other information should be provided to the neighbor.) If you are unable to make contact with either the occupant or neighbor, determine occupancy by visual observation, (e.g. looking through the windows, in-season decorations, personal property in the yard, check the utilities, etc.).
· NO CONTACT INSPECTION (AFAS)
DO NOT MAKE CONTACT. DO NOT APPROACH PROPERTY. Verify occupancy and condition of the property through visual observation only.
