We have recently had quite a few work orders on the issue queue for missing some of the required photos. Two of the most common photos missed are the photo of the key inside the open lock box and the photo of the water heater. Please review the photo checklist below to ensure that you are aware of all of the required photos. Feel free to contact your Vendor Coordinator with any questions.

Photo Instructions - ALL PHOTOS MUST BE DATE STAMPED
Provide photos of the following:
· Address verification (clear and readable)
· Exterior front, rear, and sides of home (Be sure to show if snow was removed from front of home in snow states)
· Yard-front & back including outbuildings & pool
· Lockbox including photo of key inside open lockbox and codes used (All common lockbox locations to show if missing) Must be able to see the key code used in the lock. Can only use the key in the lock box, not your master keys to gain entry.
· Up-close and clear photos of all notices and violations posted
· 2 Photos of EVERY room
· Present (or missing location of) mechanicals - ac unit, air handler, furnace, boiler, washer/dryer hookup, and hot water tank
· Major damages
· All deficiencies including, but not limited to:
· Yard maintenance (include edging fence lines, structures, & walkways)
· Securing issues (include outbuildings & pool/spa area)
· Interior/Exterior Debris
· Safety issues
· Cleaning issues
· Important to FNMA! Air fresheners with legible dates (or lack thereof) with install date in the following required areas(all wet areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room) - If missing note in comments as well. (Pick them up to report if full or empty and if any other dates/crossed out dates exist)
