Some changes have been made to the vacancy notices required for vacant properties, specifically the AFAS Vacancy and AFAS Maryland Vacancy Notices. Please ensure that you and your subs utilize these updated notices moving forward.
The notices will be updated in each order, and have also been updated in our doc bank. Links to the applicable notices have also been included below.
