We continue to see WF vacant stickers being posted improperly, not posted at all, or not removed or replaced when incorrect. ALL vacant stickers are client/lender specific. Make sure when you inspect a property only the most current/applicable vacant posting is displayed and photographed.
· Vacant Sticker WF2112 this sticker is to be used on only WF vacant properties except for Bankruptcy and no Contact that have not been secured (locks changed).
· Post Secure Sticker WF1913 this sticker is to be used on only WF vacant properties that we perform an interior and/or have been secured (locks changed) by preservation. If preservation posted the wrong posting then you need to change it out.
· Again, if the instructions say Bankruptcy, no contact, or no posting required, then do not post ANYTHING.
· Black and white copies or any other color sticker besides the red bar are not acceptable. Please destroy any remaining colors or black and white copies that you may have left over.
· If you have a question about a property, then you need to call from the property before you leave.
