M&M Rejections

Good evening,

After further reviews of recent results submitted we have noticed the following items not being addressed appropriately. Please explain to the subs the importance of the factors are vital in keeping our reports up to standards. It is imperative to address these issues as it alleviates rejections and unnecessary returned trips.

  • If the inspection is a request for contact – a call card will be required to be left. We require photos of the call cards being left. If contact is made and the call card is refused or accepted, please provide the details in the comments.

  • Unsecure properties must have an explanation of the damages causing the property to be unsecure. We must be able to provide in detail and photos the items that need to be addressed.

  • Vacancy Notices- please remind the inspectors to use vacancy notices on properties found to be FTV. Photo of vacant notice is required.
