Please see the memo below from MSI in regards to utilities on occupied properties.

Good morning,

For future orders -------

If the occupancy status is (owner occupied, occupied or tenant occupied) please choose the status as “ON” when it comes to the utilities! Of course the Electric and Water will be on if someone if living at the property.

We understand that marking UNKNOWN for the gas is fine because you won’t always know if there is gas at the property.

This will help with the amount of rejected orders that come in, we can only fix so many on our end! J
