Good morning,

We are starting to see more AIM regular contact inspections. Same rules apply for vacant postings are CLIENT/LENDER specific. If it requires a Wells Fargo sticker, make sure you post it.

When you look at the attached PDF instructions, the posting should be page 2.

Attention Contractors,

Please be sure you are reading your work order instructions. There has been a change to contact inspections for one of our clients. Going forward if you identify a property as vacant on a contact inspection and it's not already posted with the FTV sticker please do so. Make sure you fill out the form with the correct information and take a clear photo of it posted.
